We have professional fighters and boxing coaches on hand to deliver training, whether you are a novice or a veteran. If you are an old hand, you will be impressed with our set-up. If you are new to boxing, we can offer private coaching to get you started.

We also cater for those causal users that wish to train alone or spar with their friends.   

Alternatively, you are more than welcome If you prefer to do your own thing. Please feel free - we have excellent facilities and you can bring friends to train and spar with. 

It's worth noting that many male and female clients really enjoy the benefits of boxing training, without actually sparring or fighting. This is because the training involved for boxing helps flexibility, range of movement, cardiovascular fitness, speed, agility, body conditioning and confidence. 

The boxing class runs on Thursday night from 8:00pm to 9:00pm. It is available in our Gold and Silver memberships, as well as on a pay-as-you-go basis for £10 per class.
