If you're looking to shred fat, increase endurance and blast your fitness through the stratosphere, then this is your kind of class: high intensity, interval-based training that can be scaled to suit all fitness levels. Instructor Shawn Sanderson is lovingly named the 'Pocket Rocket' at Beatbox, and for good reason - she works relentlessly at her conditioning and will push you to the same limits, helping you become your fittest, strongest self. 

The Circuits class runs on Wednesday nights from 6pm to 7pm. It is included in our Silver memberships or for £7 per class on a pay-as-you-go basis.
